Josefina de Alba is made especially for you!
All pieces are individually handcrafted by one artist from beginning to end upon order. Pieces order can take up to 5 business days to be produced and shipped. Please keep in mind that your shipping option will only be applicable once the piece is ready to be shipped.

Exchange Policy
We hope your jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 15 days of the purchase date (custom orders excepted). There are no returns, only exchanges.

A return authorization from Josefina de Alba is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 25 days of the date of purchase and we must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. Furthermore, your return package must display a Return Authorization Number. Any return not having a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Please understand that due to the handmade aspect of our jewelry pieces will vary slightly and may contain natural imperfections. These will not be considered as damaged goods. Be aware that worn or damaged items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Furthermore, return packages which do not display a Josefina de Alba RA# (Return Authorization Number), which are improperly packaged, or are uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
Items must include the original receipt. We do not credit shipping charges. Your total minus shipping is the amount we will refund.

Custom Orders: We cannot offer to take back jewelry that we have custom made for you particularly. These pieces are made to your specifications and as such may be difficult to re-sell if returned.

To properly return an item to Josefina de Alba, please do the following:

1. Notify Josefina de Alba of your intent to return your item by e-mailing customer_service@josefinadealba.com. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.

2. Pack up your item for return including the original package and paperwork. If you are sending your item via FedEx or UPS, please address the package to:

* This policy does not apply to custom ordered jewelry items. Custom ordered jewelry items are not returnable under any circumstances. Custom order items include, but are not limited to any item which has been altered from its original design. Deposits for custom ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.
